2012 TAX PAYMENT DEADLINES

Business Tax

On or before January 20, 2012 - 1st Quarter Payments

On or before April 20, 2012 - 2nd Quarter Payments

On or before July 20, 2012 - 3rd Quarter Payments

On or before October 20, 2012 - 4th Quarter Payments

Real Property Tax

1st Installment - on or before March 31, 2012

2nd Quarter Installment - on or before June 30, 2012

3rd Quarter Installment - on or before September 30, 2012

4th Quarter Installement -on or before December 30, 2012

Tax Payer with no delinquency, who shall pay their real property taxes in full on or before March 31, 2012, are entitled to a Ten Percent (10%) Discount. Those who opt to pay quarterly are also entitled to a Ten Percent(10%) Discount if they pay on or before the above mentioned date

An interest of Two Percent(2%) per month shall be imposed upon delinquent properties for failure to pay the basic real property tax or any other tax levied under our Revenue Code.
